INERTIA = Ml2 = dV R2 ( l=R AND MASS M= DENSITY d x vol V AND VOL = 2πR FOR COIL)
thus INERTIA IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO R3
La/Lb = R3/ (2R) 3 = 1/8 (ANS )
