Question
A particle moving with constant acceleration covers a distance of 30m in the 3rd second. it covers a distance of 50m in the 5th second. What is the acceleration of the particle?
Read 2 Solution.
eqn 1 30= u+ a/2 (2x3-1)
eqn 2 50=u+a/2(2x5-1)
eqn2 - eqn1 = 20= a/2 ( 9-5) => a= 10m/s^2
